Alex & Danilo Naranjo are two brothers on a mission to take their family’s coffee farm to the next level. Just 20 and 22, they are part of a budding new generation of coffee farmers in Colombia taking the reins and trying bold new techniques. In fact, this is their very first lot of specialty coffee, and we are thrilled to be among the first roasters ever to feature their coffee as a single origin! And they are not disappointing with their premier - this coffee is packed with flavor and a richness that will make you want to brew cup after cup.

This particular coffee is harvested daily at its ripest and placed in a tank until 6AM the next morning, at which point it is de-pulped and placed into a fermentation bag for 180 hours. After that, it is taken to the drying beds for 8-10 days.
